To promote education of all types and grades among the people of the country and the backward community of Muslims with a view to accelerating the liquidation of ignorance, superstition and illiteracy amongst them thereby contributing to the benefit and advancement of society as whole.

To take steps to disseminate knowledge, scientific, technical, religious and cultural, with a view to raising the living and health standards among the Muslims and thereby serving the nation as a whole.

To strive by all legitimate ways and means, to secure the spiritual, cultural and economic welfare of the backward minority of Muslims in particular and incidentally benefiting the general public also and to safeguard their rights, interests and privileges in all spheres of life, so as to ensure peace, happiness and contentment amongst them.

For the purpose of aforesaid, to establish and manage Schools, Colleges and other Institutions for boys and girls and various centre and also to take over or assist the management and maintenance of Schools, Colleges and other institutions, educational charitable or religious now maintained and managed by other authorities and organizations, with a view to furthering the aims and objectives of the Trust.

To organize the collection and raising of necessary funds by all legitimate ways and means for the purpose of achieving the above objects of the Trust in India and abroad and the doing of all such things as are incidental and conducive to the above objects or any of them while implementing the rights guaranteed under Articles 25-30 of the Constitution of India.

This Trust does neither fall within the scope of the Indian Trust Act nor partake the character of a Wakf within the meaning of the Muslim Wakf Act 29 of 1954 or the Wakf Act, 1995.
